Because I believe North Carolina is not just a large state, it is a sleeping giant in Sigma, ready to awaken with strategy, unity, and inspired leadership. I want to serve as State Director to lead a transformative movement that moves us beyond tradition and toward trailblazing innovation. I’ve seen firsthand how disconnected communication, lack of mentorship, and minimal chapter synergy can weaken our impact. That’s why I’m committed to changing the how and why of leadership in our state. As a military leader, healthcare executive, community advocate, and chapter president, I bring the operational discipline, compassion, and vision to implement systems that work, not just for the top of the state structure, but for every brother from the mountains to the coast.

My leadership style is transformational, collaborative, and data-driven. I believe in setting a clear vision, equipping the right people, and holding myself accountable to results. As a transformational leader, I:
- Inspire action through clear goals and compelling purpose - Empower others by building leadership capacity at all levels - Model service by staying accessible and hands-on - Measure progress with outcomes-based planning In North Carolina, that looks like:
- Building district-specific engagement plans so every corner of our state feels heard and supported - Hosting statewide retreats and leadership intensives to train collegiate and alumni leaders together - Creating real-time dashboards and feedback loops so we’re not just reporting numbers, we’re improving outcomes - Implementing a Mentorship Map that matches collegiate brothers with alumni mentors across disciplines Leadership isn’t about controlling, it’s about connecting, cultivating, and catalyzing greatness in others.

My platform, STRENGTHEN. EMPOWER. ELEVATE.
is more than a slogan. It is a strategic roadmap aligned with the Phi Beta Sigma 2040 Strategic Plan and rooted in action, not aspiration. What sets it apart is how we operationalize each pillar: STRENGTHEN: - Launch SigmaSync, a chapter-to-chapter collaboration program - Deliver district-based officer training and shared best practices - Hold quarterly town halls to increase transparency and communication EMPOWER: - Develop a State Collegiate Advisory Council to give collegiate brothers real planning power - Host leadership labs on conflict resolution, mental wellness, and executive presence - Offer resume-building service projects with measurable impact ELEVATE: - Roll out a statewide rebranding initiative to modernize how NC Sigma is seen online and in the community - Restructure state conferences with tracks for alumni, collegiate, and prospective members - Implement a District Leadership Scorecard with timelines, deliverables, and accountability metrics This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan, it’s a custom blueprint for North Carolina, designed by someone who has led at every level and understands what’s required to win.

Engagement starts with accessibility, visibility, and intentionality. Brothers want more than check-ins, they want check-ups. As State Director, I will: - Host “Brotherhood in Action” tours, visiting each district face-to-face - Implement a mobile-friendly engagement hub for announcements, registration, and feedback - Recognize unsung brothers monthly via State Spotlights, whether they’re collegiate leaders or senior members - Ensure that every initiative includes input from a cross-section of brothers, not just those in leadership This is how we turn a state of members into a state of momentum.

To make North Carolina the model state for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Where retention is high, collegiate brothers are thriving, programming is innovative, and brotherhood is alive in every district. By 2027, under my leadership, I want us to: - Increase statewide retention by 25% through effective onboarding and leadership cultivation - Double alumni–collegiate joint initiatives, especially in education, mentorship, and Bigger and Better Business - Establish an annual NC Sigma Summit that equips brothers and celebrates impact - Be recognized nationally for excellence in programming, branding, and leadership development I don't just want to lead North Carolina, I want to ignite it.
